আইনশৃঙ্খলা পরিস্থিতির অবনতি

আইন শৃঙ্খলা পরিস্থিতি ভেঙে আমাদের এলাকার আইন শৃঙ্খলা পরিস্থিতি পুরোপুরি অবনতি হয়েছে। এখানে আইনের প্রয়োগ নেই। এমনকি আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থার সদস্যদেরও খুঁজে পাওয়া যায় না। সন্ত্রাসবাদী এবং অন্যান্য অসামাজিক কার্যকলাপ এখানে প্রচণ্ডভাবে ঘটছে। মানুষ রাতে ঘুমাতে পারে না। এমনকি দিনেও তারা রাস্তায় বেরিয়ে আসতে ভয় পায়। ছিনতাইকারী, ছিনতাইকারী এবং অন্যান্য অপরাধীরা যে কোনও সময় যে কারও কাছ থেকে জিনিস ছিনিয়ে নেয়। যানবাহনগুলিকে এই গ্যাংগুলিকে ভারী মূল্য দিতে হয়। এই দুষ্টু সন্ত্রাসীদের হাতে নারী লোকেরা সবচেয়ে ভোগান্তিতে ভুগছে। এই অপরাধীরা সুসজ্জিত। তারা সুরক্ষিত হয়। তাদের বিরুদ্ধে কেউ দাঁড়াতে পারে না। যদি কেউ সুসংগঠিত গুন্ডাদের বিরুদ্ধে কথা বলতে চেষ্টা করে তবে তারা তাকে হত্যা করতে দ্বিধা করেন না। আসলে আমাদের অঞ্চলটি এই চক্রগুলির একটি মসৃণ অঙ্গনে পরিণত হয়েছে। দেখে মনে হচ্ছে আমরা একটি অন্ধকার যুগে বাস করছি। এই পরিস্থিতিতে আমি প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ এই সন্ত্রাসবাদী ও দুষ্কর্মীদের দমন করতে কার্যকর ব্যবস্থা নেবে যাতে আমরা শান্তিতে থাকতে পারি।

Terrorist and other anti-social activities are happening rampantly here. Man can not sleep at night. Even at this day, they are afraid of coming out on the roads. The snatchers, muggers and other criminals snatch away things from anyone at anytime. The vehicles have to pay heavy toll to these gangs. The women folk become the worst sufferers at the hands of these mischievous terrorists. These criminals are well-armed. They are fortified. None can stand against them. If anybody tries to talk against the well organized gangsters, they won't hesitate to kill him. In fact, our area has become a smooth arena of these gangs. It seems we are living in a dark age. In these circumstances, I pray and hope that the concerned authority will take effective measures to curb these terrorists and evil doers so that we can live in peace.
